When you have hypothyroidism you will often feel tired, stressed and weak because of your condition. Many people often also gain weight. Certain foods can change all of that and this is what I'm going to talk about here.

In this article I intend to tell you which foods will increase your energy levels and will foods will hinder your energy levels and even cause energy crashes. By taking on this information you will start to feel better in no time.

Here are the hypothyroidism foods that I recommend: Chicken Breast, Fish, Turkey, Low fat milk, Yoghurt, Avocados, Lentils, Bananas, Pumpkin & Sesame seeds, Almonds.

You must also go for foods which incorporate iodine. This is great for hypothyroidism and helped me to get my energy levels up quickly. Some foods I would recommend are fish oils, seaweed and sea kelp.

You need to really try to listen to and feel how these foods react with your system. Try to really take notice of how you feel around 40 minutes after each meal. As you do this you will become more in tune with your body.

As you do this you will also notice that some of my recommended hypothyroidism foods help more than others and you can increase these in your hypothyroid diet as you go.

A great way to really gage this is to use a food diary and record how you are feeling as you try certain things. Alternatively you can write your own blog. I found this to be a great help and I'm sure you will too.

One thing I cannot stress enough is to stay away from fad diets! These are usually diets that involve extremes like only eating soup or cutting out all carbs. These diets are bad for most people but are especially bad for someone with hypothyroidism.

Bruising easily may cause concern. There are many reasons for this to occur. Discussing the situation with a doctor is the best course of action. There are many people who get bruised quickly. It does not take much. If you find yourself asking "Why have I begun to bruise easily since I turned 50?" then you are not alone.

A bruise is medically defined as an area where a tiny blood vessel has been damaged or broken. Also called a contusion can occur due to a blow to the area. There are many home remedies that can assist a person who has this type of difficulty. For example, an easy home remedy is if the skin is not broken open, cut an onion in half and place it over the area that has been injured.

Many people feel that margarine can help. Instead of putting it on the bread, dab it on the bruised area. It is suppose to heal and go away quickly. Petroleum jelly and cayenne pepper are a combo that is supposes to help the bruise. Mix one part cayenne to five parts petroleum jelly and put on the area. Finally, parsley is a recommended herb that helps the area heal. Apply it several times during the day and it is suppose to heal the area quickly.

What are you doing next Saturday? If you are like thousands of others who have discovered airsoft guns and MilSim games, you may be planning to spend the weekend in the woods with your buddies, shooting at each other. No you don't have to belong to the National Guard.

MilSim weekend warriors are not enlisted in the military, however many of them tend to be retired or ex military. Being enlisted is not a requirement in this army. There are a variety of play in MilSim and while some may involve groups of players playing via the internet or Xbox Live, most of these games take place outdoors in the woods and fields all across the country. There are two categories of weapons involved. There are those players that use paintball guns and there are those that prefer airsoft guns.

Airsoft guns are exact replicas of real firearms, in most cases military weapons such as m16's. These guns which got their start in Asia have become popular in the U. S. And involve some sort of forced air firing mechanism. These guns can be gas powered, battery powered or hand pump weapons.

Players must be honest when it comes to be shot at. Unlike paintball guns these weapons do not use paint loaded pellets and consequently do not leave paint splatters when they strike a target. However it is airsoft guns close resemblance to the original weapons that help them be so popular.
