How To Avoid Back Pain

A back pain is the most recurring problem that is there in women who are pregnant and who have had children. The other most probable candidates for back pain are people who have sitting jobs or people who have long sitting hours in front of computers ate their offices.

That said the best way to avoid back pain or to cure back pain is to find out the cause of back pain. The biggest cause of back pain is poor ergonomics and the second most common cause is osteoporosis.

Ergonomics means the way the work area is constructed and how we fit into it. In most cases people will sit on chairs that are not designed properly in turn putting a lot of stress on the back. In osteoporosis the bones get weak because of lack of calcium. The brittle bones will cause the back bone to go very weak and brittle.

If you have sedentary job then make sure that you get up and walk every half hour. Also make sure that you have a chair that is ergonomically designed. If the chair is not ergonomically designed then you will have to make sure that at least you get the lumbar support for the chair. Now if you drive long distances then make sure that you have a lumbar support for your car seat.

For people with osteoporosis the way to avoid more stress on the back is to wear a lumbar support belt. This belt will provide support to the lumbar or the lower back region and it will be able to support the weight of the body. Also you can attend physiotherapy sessions to strengthen the back. After consulting your doctor you can start visiting the gym and do some back exercises to get increase the strength of the lower back muscles.

Back pain is disorder that can be cured easily with some prevention and a little care.
